How do I add, update, or remove items on a case?

How to add items from the catalog, update quantities, or delete items from a case before or after submission.

To add an item

Search for the item in the catalog using the item number or description. Select it from the results to add it to the case.

To update an item's quantity

• Tap the item in your case.

• Select Item Details.

• Use the quantity dropdown to adjust the amount.

• Tap Save.

To delete an item

• Tap the item you want to remove.

• Tap the trash can icon.

• Confirm the deletion.

Note: If your case has been rejected back to you, you can still edit items. Make your changes and resubmit — all edits are logged in Item History.
