My pricing was updated — do I need to delete and re-add my items?

What to do after Helia updates pricing on a case — when to delete and re-add items to make sure the correct price populates.

Yes — if pricing has been updated in Helia after you already added items to a case, you will need to delete and re-add those items to make sure the new pricing populates correctly. Items added before the update will still show the old pricing until you refresh them this way.

This is the most common reason a case gets rejected for incorrect pricing even after a fix has been confirmed.

How to update your case with the corrected pricing

  • Open the case in the Helia Connect app.

  • Tap Edit in the top right corner.

  • Tap the item you need to update.

  • Tap the trash can icon to delete the item.

  • Re-add the same item from the catalog.

  • Confirm that the new pricing is now reflected.

  • Repeat for any other affected items.

  • Review the full case and tap Submit.

How do I know if pricing was updated?

Our team will notify you when a pricing correction has been made. If you received a rejection related to pricing and were told the fix is live, use the steps above before resubmitting.

Note: If you re-add the item and the pricing still looks wrong, do not submit. Submit a ticket by clicking the chat icon in the bottom right corner with the item number and DO# and our team will investigate further.
