What does "multiple pricing sections available" mean?

What the multiple pricing sections message means on a case and whether you need to take action as a rep.

This message appears when the same item exists on more than one pricing section within the facility's contract. Helia flags it because it can't automatically determine which section applies — you need to confirm the correct one based on usage.

If you select the wrong one, the case will be rejected back to you. Check the rejection comment for guidance.
