If your account is active but your feed is empty, it's usually one of these:
1. Your facilities haven't been connected yet. New accounts need to be linked to specific facilities on our end before cases will appear. Which facilities can I submit cases for?
2. You're looking at the wrong week. In the mobile app, use the arrows at the top of the Cases screen to navigate to the correct week. I can't find my case or order. Where do I look?
3. A filter is hiding your cases. Check whether any status or assignee filters are active and clear them.
4. The case is assigned to another rep. Cases submitted under a different rep's account won't appear in your feed. If a rep needs to reassign a case back to you send them here A case was reassigned to me that I didn’t submit. What do I do?
