Work through these checks in order:
Have you accepted your invitation?
Check your inbox — and your spam folder — for an email from [email protected] with the subject line "Helia Invitation". You need to accept the invite and set your password before you can log in. My invite expired or I never received it.
Forgotten your password?
On the app login screen, tap Forgot Password. We'll send a reset link to your email — follow the steps to set a new password and try logging in again.
Have you completed the required training?
Your account won't be activated until we've confirmed your training is complete. Start here: How do I get access to Helia Connect as a rep?
Logged in but nothing on your dashboard?
If you can log in but your case feed is empty, your account may not yet be connected to your facilities on our end or you have not submitted any cases. How do I submit my first case?
