Whether shipping charges are available on a case depends on how the healthcare system has configured Helia. This is set at the health system level — it's not something reps or the Helia team can turn on or off.
If shipping is available for a facility
You'll see a separate fees section on the case where shipping can be entered.
If you don't see a fees section
That means the health system doesn't allow fees to be included on bill-only submissions through Helia.
