If you've rejected a case back to a rep with correction comments and the case hasn't been resubmitted, the most effective thing you can do is reach out to the rep directly. Our team would do the same thing — and you're already closer to them than we are.
How to follow up with the rep
Reach out directly via email, phone, or in person if the rep is regularly at your facility.
What to include when you follow up
Make sure your correction comments in the activity feed are specific. Vague comments like "please fix and resubmit" often lead to delays. Include:
The exact item or field that needs to be corrected
The specific value or change needed (e.g., "Item 12345 needs CAP code 4400 for Orthopedics")
Any deadline if timing is affecting PO or invoice processing
Note: If a rep is unresponsive for an extended period and the case is affecting your reconciliation or invoicing, submit a ticket by clicking the chat icon in the bottom right corner with the DO# and we can follow up with the supplier's corporate team on your behalf.
