This happens more than you'd think, and it's a simple fix.
If you edit a case after it's been submitted, Helia automatically sends it back to you — this is by design, so the facility always sees the most current version of your submission.
Just review the case, make sure everything looks correct, and resubmit. It will go back to the facility for processing as normal.
