An auto-reject happens when Helia automatically sends a case back to you — not because a reviewer rejected it, but because a change was detected that requires your reconfirmation.
The most common cause
If you tap Edit on a case after it has already been submitted, Helia automatically rejects it back to you. This is by design — it ensures the facility always reviews the most current version of your submission.
What to do
Open the case and review all details to confirm everything is accurate.
Make any intended corrections.
Tap Submit — the case goes back to the facility for normal review.
Tip: If you didn’t intend to edit the case and it still auto-rejected, check whether a required field was flagged.
