Items aren’t showing up when I search the catalog. What’s wrong?

Why items aren’t showing up in catalog search and how to troubleshoot it.

If catalog search is returning no results or an item seems missing, work through these checks:

  • Try a different search term. Search by item number, partial number, or description. A leading zero or formatting difference can cause a miss.

  • Check your connection. The catalog requires data connectivity to search newly added items. Fully offline, only items from the initial download are available.

  • Make sure you’re in the right facility. Some items are only available at specific facilities under their contract. Switching facilities will change your catalog results.

  • If the item genuinely isn’t there: note the item number and submit a ticket with the item details and the DO# of the affected case. We’ll look into getting it added.
