A PO shows in Helia but not in our ERP. What's happening?

What to do when a PO appears in Helia but isn't reflecting in your ERP system.

This typically occurs when there's a sync issue between Helia and your ERP integration — for example, an order that was approved before an integration went live, or a polling error that prevented the PO from passing through correctly. The cause is usually specific to your health system's setup and requires investigation on both sides.

This isn't something that can be resolved from the order screen. Submit a ticket with the DO# and the PO number shown in Helia and our team will investigate and coordinate with your IT team as needed to get it resolved.
