Once a facility has issued a PO on your case, the PO number is visible directly in the app.
Open the case in the Helia Connect app
Scroll to the order details — the PO number will appear there once it's been added by the facility
You can also download a PDF of the full order which includes the PO number — tap the three dots in the top right corner of the case and select Download PDF for DO#… see How do I download a PDF of my order?
Note: The PO number only appears after the facility has approved the case and entered or generated the PO on their end. If you don't see one yet, see I submitted my case but haven't received a PO yet. What should I check?
