If your Helia account shows delivery orders from facilities you do not work with, your access permissions are configured more broadly than intended. This is a setup issue — not a data breach — and it is straightforward to fix.
Why this happens
User accounts in Helia are assigned access based on facilities and roles defined during onboarding. When a health system expands its Helia footprint or users are added during a multi-facility go-live, access is sometimes set too broadly — giving insight across the system rather than just specific sites.
What to do
Submit a ticket by clicking the chat icon in the bottom right corner with:
Your name and email address associated with your Helia account
The facilities you should have access to
The facilities you are currently seeing that you should not
Our team will update your access so your view is limited to the correct facilities.
What not to do in the meantime
Do not review, approve, or reject delivery orders from facilities you are not responsible for. Taking action on a case outside your scope creates reconciliation issues for the affected facility.
