Which facilities can I submit cases for?

How to find out which facilities you're set up for in Helia, and what to do if a facility isn't showing in your account.

You can only submit cases for facilities that are connected to Helia and that your account has been set up for. If a facility isn't appearing in the app, it's likely one of two things:

• The facility isn't live on Helia yet. Not all facilities are connected — click the chat icon in the bottom right corner to submit a ticket.

• Your account hasn't been linked to that facility. Click the chat icon in the bottom right corner to submit a ticket, include the facility name and we'll confirm or update your access.
