Can I resubmit a rejected case, or do I need to create a new one?

You never need to start over after a rejection — how to resubmit the existing case with corrections.

You can always resubmit a rejected case — you do not need to start over.

Open the rejected case, make the corrections based on the reviewer's comments, and tap Submit. The case returns to the facility with your changes logged in Item History.

Creating a new case for something that was already rejected causes duplicates and slows down the whole process. Always work from the original.
