Most missing-case issues come down to filters or a date range that's too narrow. Try these steps first:
In the mobile app
• Open Cases and use the arrows at the top to navigate to the correct week. The app defaults to the current week.
• Use the patient-name search to look across all weeks if you're unsure of the date.
• Check whether any status or assignee filters are active — clear them and check again.
• Rejected cases don't appear in the main list. Find them in the Newsfeed or under Rejected Cases in Activity Overview.
• Make sure you're in the correct account. If you work across multiple distributor accounts, you may be logged into the wrong one.
