I can't find a case or order. Where do I look?

How to find a missing case or order on the web platform using filters, search, and date ranges.

Most missing-case issues come down to filters or a date range that's too narrow. Try these steps first:

On the web

• Go to Delivery Orders and click Clear All Filters.

• Search by DO#, patient name, patient ID, provider, facility, procedure, invoice number, or PO number.

• Widen your date range — if the procedure was more than a few days ago, the default range may not include it.

Tip: If you still don't see the case, check with the rep and ask if they deleted the case by accident. Sometimes we see this!
