I received my invite. How do I set up my account?

Step-by-step guide to accepting your Helia invitation, setting your password, and logging into the app for the first time.

Once we've sent your invite, here's how to complete your account setup:

1. Open the email from [email protected] with the subject line "Helia Invitation".

2. Click the blue link that reads "please click this link to accept your account".

3. Enter your desired password in the first field, then re-enter it to confirm.

4. Click Submit.

5. Download the free Helia Connect® app from the App Store on your mobile device.

6. Log in using your company email address and the password you just set.

Tip: We recommend logging in for the first time on a strong Wi-Fi network — ideally at home before you're in the OR.
