On the Helia Connect app login screen, tap Forgot Password. Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link. Follow the steps in the email to set a new password.
Please note: You can reset your password on the web as rep, but you will not be able to submit or view cases.
If the reset email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If it's still not there, click the chat icon in the bottom right corner to submit a ticket and we'll help you get back in.
