There are two ways to reset your Helia Connect PIN:<br>​

1.      Enter your email and password on the app login screen.

2.     Tap Forgot PIN below the PIN entry boxes.

3.     Re-enter your credentials and set a new 4-digit PIN.<br>​

1.      Go to More &gt; PIN Authorization &gt; Reset PIN.

2.     The new PIN takes effect immediately.
