For non-SSO users: On the Helia Connect login screen, tap Forgot Password. Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link. Follow the steps in the email to set a new password.
If the reset email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If it's still not there, click the chat icon in the bottom right corner to submit a ticket and we'll help you get back in.
For SSO Users: please submit an IT ticket via your organization. Unfortunately, the Helia team cannot assist with password issues if your organization requires SSO.
