What is a DO#?

What a DO# (Delivery Order number) is, where to find it, and when you'll need it when contacting support.

A DO# (Delivery Order number) is the unique identifier Helia assigns to every case submitted on the platform. Think of it as your order’s tracking number — it follows the case from the moment a rep submits it all the way through facility approval, PO issuance, and invoicing.

What does it look like?
DO#s are short alphanumeric codes, for example: DO#B8F6AD31D. You’ll find yours in the Helia Connect mobile app, in automated order notification emails, and in any correspondence with the Member Success team.

How to find your DO#
In the mobile app
1. Open the Helia Connect mobile app
2. Go to your Cases or Delivery Orders
3. Tap into the order — your DO# appears at the top of the case detail screen

On the web (facility or supplier corporate teams only)

1. Open Helia

2. On the left-hand column, you'll see Delivery Orders

3. Tap into an order — the DO# appears at the top of the case detail screen
