Which suppliers are live on Helia? How do we add a new one?

How supplier scope is determined at your facility and what to do if a supplier isn't live yet.

Like facility connections, supplier scope is determined at the health system level during initial onboarding. When your health system goes live with Helia, the corporate team works with us to define which suppliers are included and in what order. Not every supplier goes live at the same time — some take longer than others depending on the number of contracts and discrepancies that need to be resolved before go-live.

This is intentional. Our goal is to make sure reps have a smooth experience from day one — not getting hit with pricing mismatches or items flagging as not on contract the moment they submit their first case. That preparation takes time and looks different for every supplier.

If a supplier isn't live at your facility yet:

It may mean they're still in the onboarding process, or they haven't been included in scope yet. Either way, the conversation starts at the health system level — not at the facility. If you believe a supplier should be added, flag it with your corporate supply chain team and they can initiate the conversation with us.

Note: The suppliers visible at your facility are specific to your contracts — you'll only see suppliers that have been configured under your facility's agreements.
