If a facility is live on Helia but isn’t showing up in your app, your account hasn’t been linked to it yet. To request access:
Click the chat icon in the bottom right corner to submit a ticket with the full facility name, city, and state.
Include your company and division so we can confirm the right setup.
Our team will link the facility to your account, usually within one business day.
Note: If the facility isn’t live on Helia yet, we’ll let you know. Not every facility is connected.
