How do I get access to a facility that isn’t on my account yet?

How to request access to a facility not showing in your app or account.

If a facility is live on Helia but isn’t showing up in your app, your account hasn’t been linked to it yet. To request access:

  • Click the chat icon in the bottom right corner to submit a ticket with the full facility name, city, and state.

  • Include your company and division so we can confirm the right setup.

  • Our team will link the facility to your account, usually within one business day.

Note: If the facility isn’t live on Helia yet, we’ll let you know. Not every facility is connected.
