You can submit a case for any past procedure — there’s no lockout. Here’s how:
Open the Helia Connect app and tap Add Case.
Enter the actual date and time the procedure occurred (not today’s date).
Complete all required fields and add the items used.
Submit as normal.
Tip: Submit past cases as soon as possible. The longer a case sits unsubmitted, the harder it is to reconcile details, and it can delay your PO. Please do not backlog cases.
Note: If a case is more than 24 hours, the facility will require additional context before approving. Include clear notes in the case submission for why the case was submitted past 24 hours.
