Some facilities require a nurse’s name and signature before a case can be submitted. If you see a nurse information field or signature prompt, that facility has this requirement enabled.
On the Review Case screen, look for the nurse or facility staff fields near the bottom.
Enter the attending nurse’s name in the required field.
Hand your device to the nurse and ask them to sign in the signature box.
Once the signature is captured, tap Submit Case.
Tip: Get the signature before the nurse leaves the OR — going back to find someone after the procedure slows things down.
Note: If your Submit Case button is greyed out and all other fields are filled in, a missing nurse signature is often the cause. Check the fields above the Submit button.
