Reps can delete their own cases directly from the app — you don't need to contact us first.
How to delete a case
Open the case in the Helia Connect app
Tap the three dots in the top right corner
Select Delete from the options at the bottom
Confirm the deletion
When you can delete a case
You can delete cases that are in progress or submitted but not yet approved. The most common reasons are duplicate submissions, cases submitted to the wrong facility, or a procedure that was cancelled.
When you can't delete a case
If the case has already been approved by the facility and has a PO, deletion isn't straightforward. Email [email protected] with the DO# and we'll advise on the best path forward.
Note: If the delete option isn't showing in the three-dot menu, the case may have been auto-generated through an integration. In that case, click the chat icon in the bottom right corner to submit a ticket and we'll look into it.
