How to use the activity feed to communicate with reps and tag team members.

The activity feed keeps all communication tied to the order — no more back-and-forth emails trying to find context.

What the activity feed shows

  • Every action on an order is automatically logged with a timestamp: approvals, rejections, PO entries, invoice numbers, and comments.

  • Hover over a timestamp to see the exact minute an action was taken.

How to use it

  • Leave a comment by typing in the comment box at the bottom of the order.

  • Tag a specific person on your team by typing ‘@’ followed by their name. They’ll receive an email notification that they’ve been mentioned, with a direct link to the order.

Reps can also tag facility staff — if a rep tags you, you’ll receive a notification email with a link directly to the order.

Tip: Using the activity feed instead of separate emails keeps a clean audit trail on every order. Encourage your team to use it — it dramatically reduces ‘what’s the status on this?’ follow-up emails.
